Quality Control professional to join our team in Limbuš. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. What you'll do

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and product development, to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Analyze data from quality control tests to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings, including recommendations for corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Participate in root cause analysis for defects and non-conformities, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior quality control staff on best practices and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality control practices.
• Conduct audits of processes and systems to verify adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Assist in the development of quality training programs for employees to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure that incoming materials meet quality specifications and standards.
• Stay informed about advancements in quality control technologies and methodologies to continually improve our quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools, including control charts, process mapping, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to quality control.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

• Certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, particularly in relation to quality assurance in tech products.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops on quality control topics.
