What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for Euna's solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to facilitate project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure all milestones are met.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
• Train and support clients on the use of Euna's products, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Document all processes and create user manuals to enhance the onboarding experience for future clients.
• Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders to inform future implementations and improve processes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the implementation process and client experience.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to communicate requirements and ensure that solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to gather insights and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of Euna's offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Experience in the public sector or with government clients.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
