- You will conduct account investigations, assess risk indicators, and support special handling of complex risk scenarios.
- Critical to the role is engaging directly with Policy Owners and Agents to investigate potential fraudulent activity.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Learn to conduct account investigations to identify fraudulent insurance agents, customer accounts, payment risks, and other fraud vectors.</li> <li>Assist in conducting investigations on customer accounts and support insurance partner requirements.</li> <li>Make basic account-level judgments based on data and predefined criteria.</li> <li>Contact Policy Owners as directed to gather information needed for investigations and fraud validation.</li> <li>Support maintaining fraud detection strategies and business rules under supervision.</li> <li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Some experience or interest in fraud analysis, investigations, or operations.</li> <li>Basic understanding of risk or fraud prevention concepts preferred.</li> <li>Ability to use data and tools to support investigations with guidance.</li> <li>Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.</li> <li>Good communication skills for outreach to Policy Owners and Agents.</li> <li>Growth mindset and team-oriented.</li> </ul> <p><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong></p> <p><strong>#LI-MS1</strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Don't meet every single requirement?
