What you'll do
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, define success metrics, and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
Design and test innovative solutions that enhance member journeys and improve key banking outcomes through data-informed decision making.
Leverage data and market trends to uncover opportunities, challenge existing processes, and propose scalable improvements to our banking platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on schedule, managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by documenting learnings, sharing insights, and refining workflows for long-term efficiency.
Take ownership of your professional growth by setting development goals, seeking feedback, and actively participating in learning opportunities across the business.
Act as an ambassador for EQ by building relationships with internal partners and external members to better understand their needs and expectations.
Utilize structured problem-solving methods to address challenges, validate hypotheses, and implement solutions that drive measurable results.
Support the execution of strategic initiatives that strengthen our digital infrastructure and enhance the overall member experience.
Champion data-driven experimentation by building prototypes, running tests, and analyzing outcomes to inform future product and service decisions.

Requirements
You are currently enrolled in your final year of an undergraduate degree program in Fall 2026, with a planned graduation date that allows you to start in September 2027.
You possess the right to work in Canada and are eligible for permanent employment without sponsorship.
You will be relocating to or already residing in Toronto, Ontario, where the role is based.
You are able to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the 24-month program.
You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to quickly master new concepts and technologies.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

Nice to have
An interest in financial technology and a desire to understand how digital banking platforms operate.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role where you have supported members or clients.
Familiarity with data analysis tools or exposure to SQL, Python, or similar languages.
Participation in extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or leadership roles that demonstrate your impact on others.
Practical notes
This is a 24-month, full-time Leadership Development Program based in Toronto.
The program start date is September 2027.
You must be available to relocate to or remain in the Toronto area for the duration of the program.
