Associate PMM - Tetriz
Job description
Associate PMM - Tetriz at Epifi.
About the role
The Associate Product Marketing Manager - Tetriz at Epifi will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and AI evangelism within a highly automated environment. You will be responsible for translating complex AI observability and governance concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with engineering leaders and practitioners. A core part of this role involves owning the end-to-end content and growth systems that allow Tetriz to scale its brand without relying on traditional manual marketing bottlenecks. You will work alongside AI agents and founders to ensure that messaging remains sharp, measurable, and aligned with customer realities in the dev-tools space. This position demands comfort with experimentation, rapid iteration, and a bias toward action using AI as a primary co-pilot. You will be expected to challenge assumptions, refine narratives based on data, and maintain a high standard of clarity for technical audiences. Ultimately, you will help define how Tetriz is positioned in a crowded market by making every word, signal, and campaign count.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Run the end-to-end SEO blog pipeline, from initial brief and keyword research through editorial quality assurance, publishing, and ongoing refresh cycles to maintain relevance.
- Own the production and scheduling of LinkedIn posts and company page content on a weekly cadence, specifically tailored to developer audiences and pain points.
- Draft, record direction for, and iterate on YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails with the goal of improving click-through rates and watch time.
- Maintain and optimize website and landing page copy, conducting conversion rate optimization experiments as traffic volume and user behavior scale.
- Operate the outbound email and social media engine, including writing sequences, managing list building and enrichment, and maintaining deliverability hygiene.
- Experiment with new outbound channels on a quarterly basis, tracking performance metrics weekly and archiving tactics that fail to generate meaningful engagement.
- Lead execution efforts during launch weeks, coordinating messaging and content distribution across relevant platforms to maximize impact.
- Build and maintain company profiles on G2 and Capterra, drive review generation campaigns, and professionally respond to feedback posted by users.
- Engage in relevant online communities and forums where engineering buyers are active, contributing value while subtly reinforcing Tetriz positioning.
- Take ownership of the PLG email lifecycle, designing and refining onboarding nurture flows, activation prompts, and executive-facing ROI report emails.
- Produce high-quality case studies and extract named customer quotes from active deployments to support social proof and sales narratives.
- Keep all sales and marketing assets current, including pitch deck updates, one-pagers, battlecards, and iterations of a teaser video that explain value quickly.
Requirements
- Bring two to three years of B2B marketing execution experience, with SaaS exposure strongly preferred and dev-tools or selling-to-engineers experience viewed as a significant advantage.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor daily as core work instruments, integrating them into your regular workflow rather than treating them as experimental novelties.
- Demonstrate the ability to show prompts, workflows, or agents that you have built to perform your job faster and with greater consistency.
- Edit AI-generated output for a technical US audience, applying judgment to identify generic, incorrect, or off-brand phrasing before it reaches customers.
- Exhibit operational discipline, recognizing that outbound infrastructure and automation can fail quietly, requiring proactive checks on dashboards and system health.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, with an understanding of how to structure messaging for busy technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate effectively with founders and cross-functional teams, aligning on priorities while maintaining a bias for execution.
- Maintain attention to detail and quality, especially when managing repetitive tasks that scale quickly and impact brand perception.
- Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of projects from conception through measurement.
- Adapt to changing priorities and market feedback, using data to inform decisions and adjust messaging over time.
Nice to have
- Experience with Apollo.io and Hubspot or similar sales engagement platforms, including list building, sequencing, and reporting.
- A foundational understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content performance analysis.
- Familiarity with the developer tools ecosystem and the specific challenges faced by engineers working with AI and infrastructure tooling.
- Basic video editing skills for producing simple teaser assets and short-form content updates.
