What you'll do

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable software systems that meet the needs of our clients and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including deployment and management of applications.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with data modeling and optimization.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement in software development processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in leading software development teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to facilitate full-stack development.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
