About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end positioning and messaging for EliseAI's Housing AI products, ensuring every narrative aligns with our enterprise vision. You will translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with property teams, residents, and internal stakeholders. This role demands you partner deeply with engineering to extract product insights and turn them into market-facing stories that accelerate adoption. You will define and refine the product voice across all touchpoints, from sales scripts to customer presentations and marketing campaigns. Your work will directly shape how the market perceives our AI-driven housing solutions and influences buying decisions. You will act as the central thought leader for housing product marketing, bridging gaps between strategy and execution. This position requires you to synthesize feedback from customers and sales teams into evolving positioning that stands out in a competitive market. You will be measured by how effectively your messaging drives awareness, education, and conversion across the product lifecycle.

What you'll do
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for EliseAI's housing product suite, aligning positioning, messaging, and launch plans with business objectives.
Conduct primary and secondary market research to uncover customer pain points, trends, and competitive gaps, then translate findings into actionable positioning frameworks.
Shape the long-term positioning of EliseAI in the housing sector, articulating how our solutions differentiate across a diverse product portfolio.
Track frequent product releases and feature enhancements, then own the development of messaging that clarifies value and drives user adoption at scale.
Create precise, audience-specific product narratives that reflect market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs.
Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product strategies are cohesive and consistently communicated.
Develop compelling marketing materials such as product datasheets, sales toolkits, executive briefings, and case studies that support launches and updates.
Partner with Sales Enablement to build training assets and programs that empower sales teams to confidently sell and demo housing products.
Establish feedback loops with key stakeholders to gather insights and refine messaging, staying closely connected to frontline perspectives.
Champion data-informed storytelling by leveraging performance metrics to iterate and optimize messaging across channels and customer segments.
Lead cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate positioning ideas and pressure-test messaging concepts before public release.
Own the documentation of positioning frameworks and messaging standards to ensure consistency across teams and over time.
Act as the primary spokesperson for housing product marketing in internal and external forums, including meetings with analysts and partners.
Balance strategic thinking with execution excellence, delivering high-impact marketing outputs under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to keep EliseAI's housing product marketing at the forefront of the field.
Requirements
Bring 6 or more years of hands-on B2B technology product marketing experience, with a track record of driving market penetration and adoption.
Demonstrate a history of shaping product positioning and leading successful launches while managing ongoing marketing initiatives across the product lifecycle.
Show the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
Exhibit strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with proven success collaborating across product, engineering, sales, and executive teams.
Manage multiple projects independently while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Commit to working in person at our New York City office 4 to 5 days per week to foster collaboration and alignment.
Have experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments where ambiguity is common and agility is essential.
Be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
Nice to have
Experience in the housing, proptech, or enterprise SaaS sectors, where you understand the nuances of customer workflows and buyer committees.
Background in AI, automation, or emerging technology product marketing, with a portfolio of narratives you can discuss in interview.
Prior collaboration with sales enablement teams and familiarity with training program development.
Practical notes
This is a full-time role based in New York City.
You will be expected to work 4 to 5 days per week in our office to maintain close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Travel is not currently required, and the role does not involve international assignments at this time.

The role reports to the Product Marketing leadership team and is integral to the go-to-market organization.
