GTM Strategy and Operations, Senior Manager | Housing
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end GTM strategy and operations for our housing vertical, designing how AI agents integrate into leasing, tours, and maintenance workflows to drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires you to partner deeply with sales, product, and customer success to translate complex insights into clear positioning and scalable execution frameworks. You will synthesize customer feedback, win/loss data, and competitive moves into actionable playbooks that accelerate sales velocity and improve conversion across every touchpoint. You will define and refine the narrative around value, ROI, and differentiation so that every interaction with prospects and clients feels intentional and compelling. You will build the internal reporting and forecasting systems that keep our GTM organization aligned, data-driven, and continuously improving. You will act as a thought partner to leadership, informing product roadmap priorities and enterprise pricing strategies based on what the market and our clients actually need. You will move at rocket speed in a high-accountability environment, owning outcomes end to end with full autonomy and no micromanagement.
