As Director of Urgent Care, you will own the clinical leadership and operational oversight of the Community Behavioral Health Center Urgent Care services, guiding the vision and delivery of strengths-based, community-oriented care. You will provide direct supervision and clinical guidance to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring interventions are culturally competent and centered on individual preferences. This role requires you to coordinate seamless service delivery, manage crisis interventions, and collaborate closely with other directors to maintain safety and thorough treatment planning. Your work will focus on building resilience, empowering team members, and fostering an inclusive environment where all backgrounds are valued. What you'll do

Provide clinical guidance and supervise team members in both office and field settings while developing interventions aligned with organizational standards.

Supervise staff on strength-based strategies and culturally competent practices to ensure services meet the needs of individuals served.

Center each individual in care, ensuring all interventions respect personal preferences and support empowerment.

Complete all required assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admission aspects according to agency procedures and safety protocols.

Collaborate with the Director of MCI and Director of Youth Programming to ensure evaluations, safety plans, and treatment plans are thorough and timely.

Deliver interventions as outlined in current treatment plans or in response to daily needs identified through team huddle processes and supervisory direction.

Maintain seamless service delivery by demonstrating excellent communication, crisis management, and system coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Ensure urgent care services within the Community Behavioral Health Center reflect Eliot's mission of resilience, empowerment, and lasting change.

Support professional growth and ongoing training opportunities for staff to enhance clinical capacity and career advancement.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling, with corresponding independent licensure such as LICSW or LMHC.

Possess four years of clinical experience, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role within behavioral health or crisis services.

Bring three years of experience working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders.

Hold a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation to fulfill duties at the Danvers location.

Demonstrate strong clinical leadership, crisis management, and system coordination abilities essential for multidisciplinary team success.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Location: Danvers

Engagement: Full-time.

Compensation: $85,000-$90,000 USD.
