About the role
You will own the leadership and supervision of clinical operations within the Community Behavioral Health Clinic, guiding how emergency stabilization and urgent care services are delivered to youth, families, and adults in the community. This role requires you to translate the agency mission of resilience, empowerment, and belonging into daily clinical oversight that ensures client safety and team effectiveness. You will manage the development of short- and long-term stabilization plans during acute periods, integrating solution-focused clinical interventions with multidisciplinary team collaboration. You will provide administrative direction to staff, ensuring that performance evaluations, corrective action plans, and transition processes between teams are handled with professionalism and care. The position demands strong clinical judgment to assess and diagnose while navigating fast-paced, high-urgency environments. You will ensure that all safety and crisis plans remain evidence-based and centered on personal stability and protection. In this capacity, you will directly supervise trauma treatment, psychiatric care, and family therapy delivery to meet the evolving needs of the population served.

What you'll do
Supervise and provide administrative direction to staff delivering emergency stabilization, urgent care, and assessment services.
Oversee the development of stabilization plans, ensuring follow-up supports, safety planning, and crisis management are consistently applied.
Supervise staff providing short-term, evidence-based treatments for crisis situations, including trauma treatment, psychiatric care, and family therapy.
Ensure safety and crisis plans are evidence-based and focused on stabilization and personal safety for clients and staff.
Provide clinical and administrative supervision, including performance evaluations, corrective action plans, and ensuring smooth transitions between teams.
Manage the triage and prioritization of multiple urgent care requests in a fast-paced environment to meet community needs effectively.
Maintain strong clinical, assessment, and diagnostic skills to support accurate decision-making and treatment planning.
Work Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00am to 11:00pm, contributing 32 hours per week in a structured schedule.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Community Behavioral Health Clinic team to create a single entry point for mental health and substance use services.

Ensure continuity of care by coordinating with ongoing service providers once immediate stabilization is achieved.

Requirements
Requires a Massachusetts Independent Clinical License (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, etc.).
Must have 3 years of experience with a similar population, one of which must be supervisory in nature.
Demonstrates strong clinical, assessment, and diagnostic skills in practice.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while triaging and prioritizing multiple requests for urgent care.
Commitment to safety and crisis plans that are evidence-based and focused on stabilization and personal safety.
Capability to provide both clinical and administrative supervision, including conducting performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
Willingness to work scheduled weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
