About the role

You will own the coordination and oversight of daily operations for Project RISE within the Family Resource Center, ensuring services align with the center's multicultural mission. You will conduct capacity building activities such as asset mapping and environmental scans with guidance from Community Engagement consultants to inform strategy. You will plan and execute community design strategy workshops in collaboration with Community Engagement consultants to engage local families. You will conduct and coordinate intervention services and manage referrals to clinical services when necessary for client well-being. You will represent the host agency and the RISE Project at stakeholder meetings, community forums, and relevant coalitions to advance shared goals. You will partner with community providers to promote collaborative partnerships and ensure seamless service delivery across networks. You will leverage lived experience within the Latinx community to guide authentic engagement and culturally responsive practices. You will help strengthen family bonds and connect families to community resources that support resilience and empowerment.

• Hold a valid Massachusetts Drivers License to fulfill role responsibilities related to travel and outreach.
• Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field as a baseline for professional practice.
• Contribute to the mission of fostering resilience, empowerment, and lasting change within the community.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Knowledge and awareness of the local community and immigrant family issues.
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or Portuguese, required.
• Must be able to commit to full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or part-time 3 days per week with flexible daytime hours.
• Must comply with Eliot organizational standards for professionalism, inclusion, and community engagement.
• Must engage in activities that build individual and community capacity over time.
• Must coordinate services and interventions in a manner that respects client dignity and cultural context.
