• The ideal candidate is a Licensed Clinician with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality, community-based behavioral health services.
• They possess strong clinical judgment and proven leadership in urgent care or crisis settings.
• This candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to culturally competent, person-centered care.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Director in managing the daily operations, administration, and clinical functions of Urgent Care and MCI services across both CBHC locations.</li> <li>Support the implementation of the Urgent Care and MCI services vision including developing systems to ensure immediate access to services and transfer of services to CBHC. </li> <li>Assist in the development and implementation of systems to monitor service delivery and utilization of supports for Urgent Care services.</li> <li>Provide direct supervision to direct reports within Urgent Care services.</li> <li>Provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to all staff supervised in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures across both CBHC locations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must possess a current Massachusetts independent clinical license including LICSW, or LMHC</li> <li>Must have strong clinical skills with at least 5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or children with mental health disorders.</li> <li>Must have at least 3 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting. </li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday
• Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm</p> <p>This is a fully in-person position that supports our programs in both Lynn, MA and Danvers, MA.
• Employees are expected to work at either location throughout the week based on program and operational needs.
