What you'll do
Orchestrate and manage comprehensive brand initiatives, including the systematic gathering and distribution of marketing assets while diligently overseeing external agency partnerships and creative workflows.
Develop high-value blog content, rigorously manage the editorial publishing schedule, and author in-depth extended pieces such as white papers, detailed guides, and authoritative case studies that establish thought leadership.
Own the marketing campaign schedule, act as the custodian of our brand guidelines, and ensure the meticulous upkeep of our website and blog content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Spearhead the coordination of major industry events, taking responsibility for sourcing high-profile speakers, enforcing brand standards, and overseeing intricate on-site logistics alongside professional video production.
Manage recurring event-related operational items, including the creation and maintenance of templates, the precise specification of merchandise requirements, and the design of consistent signage materials.
Address all brand and content requirements that emerge from complex demand generation initiatives, ensuring messaging remains consistent and impactful across all channels.
Provide dedicated support for coordinating multifaceted product launches, acting as the liaison across various departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Offer strategic assistance with organic social media content and other external digital platforms to amplify our reach and engagement.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including creative agencies, industry analysts, specialized content creators, and strategic media partners.
Maintain the Monday.com project management system with precision, ensuring that all tasks and projects are aligned seamlessly with overarching company objectives and timelines.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience specifically within B2B SaaS marketing, with a demonstrated history of owning content strategy, campaign management, and complex program coordination.
Bring a proven track record of successfully handling numerous high-stakes projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines without compromising on strategic focus or quality.
Show exceptional proficiency in writing sophisticated extended content, including technical blogs, data-driven white papers, and persuasive case studies that drive engagement.
Have substantial experience in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with a diverse ecosystem of external vendors, agencies, and specialized service providers.
Be thoroughly comfortable owning the entire marketing campaign calendar and adept at translating abstract strategic goals into concrete, actionable, and measurable plans.
Have hands-on experience coordinating multifaceted cross-functional projects or large-scale events from initial concept through successful completion and post-event analysis.
Demonstrate advanced familiarity with industry-standard project management software, specifically Monday.com or comparable robust platforms, to track progress and manage workflows.
Possess a solid and instinctive grasp of brand voice and tone, with a proven ability to ensure absolute consistency in all written materials and communications.
Hold a Bachelor's degree as a mandatory educational qualification, with a strong preference for candidates whose academic background supports analytical and communicative roles.
