What you'll do
- Analyze and streamline existing revenue processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and maintain accurate forecasting models, ensuring that revenue projections align with company goals.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies, ensuring a transition from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales staff on new tools, processes, and best practices to ensure they are equipped to maximize their performance.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting, adhering to compliance standards and internal policies.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools that enhance revenue operations, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment on revenue goals and strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that inform strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a technology or SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
