What you'll do
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Agents and Context domain, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications, ensuring that they meet customer needs and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the agents and contextual features landscape.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, creating a well-defined product roadmap.

- Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products, with a focus on agents or contextual features.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive product success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with user experience design principles and methodologies, ensuring that products are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional solutions.
