Enterprise Account Executive
Job description
About the role
Ekho is deploying a Tesla-like, end-to-end vehicle commerce platform across the $1.2 trillion vehicle retail industry and is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and scale the enterprise and OEM motion. The hire will manage a high-value pipeline generated from industry momentum, partnerships, and founder-led selling, converting it into a repeatable revenue engine through complex, multi-stakeholder deal execution. This role requires fluency in both OEM and dealer language to credibly navigate channel dynamics, dealer-network incentives, and floorplan realities while building programs that align conflicting interests. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO, a GTM engineer, and a growing sales and customer success team to design pricing, commercial structures, and implementation plans that drive measurable ROI. The position is based in New York City with heavy travel required to OEMs, dealer groups, and industry events, and it demands a high level of autonomy, accountability, and strategic ownership from day one.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Run the full sales cycle for Ekho's most complex enterprise and OEM deals, from discovery and solution design through pricing, commercial structuring, procurement, legal, and close.
- Sell into OEMs and enterprise partners that require a compliant transaction and licensure layer to enable end-to-end omni-channel commerce and/or title and registration automation.
- Convert inbound enterprise demand into a structured, prioritized pipeline with clear next steps and rigorous forecast discipline to drive predictable revenue outcomes.
- Sell large OEM "dealer network uplift" programs that leverage Ekho across extensive dealer networks, aligning incentives to create win-win outcomes and reduce channel leakage.
- Design and manage channel partnerships that standardize processes and bring thousands of retailers into Ekho Dealer, defining incentive structures such as rev share, referrals, and co-marketing.
- Partner with OEM leadership to facilitate dealer introductions, secure dealer-meeting access, and enable comms and adoption programs that accelerate rollout.
- Support and own strategic opportunities within large dealer groups, managing multi-rooftop, multi-brand, and complex rollout scenarios as part of the broader enterprise motion.
- Collaborate tightly with product and operations to translate enterprise requirements into clear product asks and implementation plans that ensure successful deployments.
- Work closely with customer success and operations to ensure deployments generate measurable ROI and create clear paths for expansion and upsell.
- Feed insights from enterprise deals back into messaging, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market systems to continuously refine the overall strategy.
