About the role
The role executes culture and employee experience programs for APAC from the Singapore office. The work connects global initiatives with local teams and oversees administrative operations for the workplace. You will own the end-to-end delivery of people programs specific to the APAC region, ensuring that global strategies are localized and effective for our diverse teams. This position requires a high level of discretion and fairness when handling sensitive employee information and workplace policies. You will serve as a key liaison between the global people team and regional stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment. The success of this role is measured by the seamless execution of initiatives that enhance the employee journey from onboarding to exit. You will be responsible for translating broad cultural goals into actionable plans that resonate with the local APAC context.

Culture campaigns, leadership messages, and employee engagement initiatives are assisted.
Execution of local and regional events is supported, including logistics, vendors, registrations, and attendee experience.
Delivery of All Hands meetings, workshops, celebrations, and employee engagement activities in Singapore is supported.
Administrative and operational activities for the Singapore office are handled, including day-to-day facility and workplace operations.
Payments, invoices, purchase requests, and administrative documentation are managed.
Office supplies, workplace materials, and operational resources are overseen.
You will analyze employee feedback and survey data to identify trends and recommend improvements for the APAC region.
You will coordinate cross-functional projects with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion within the local context.
You will manage the employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across the region.
You will partner with finance to manage budgets and track expenses related to people initiatives in Singapore.
You will maintain up-to-date records of policies, procedures, and organizational changes for the team.
You will facilitate training sessions for managers to ensure consistent application of people policies.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required as specified in the job requirements.
Organizational and project management skills are demonstrated to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication in English is used, and independent execution is driven in a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder relationships are managed across diverse teams and cultures while comfortable collaboration across different time zones is maintained.
A service-oriented mindset focused on employee experience is maintained, with adaptability and curiosity for different cultural and business environments.
Ownership is shown through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Ability to work confidentially with sensitive employee information and workplace issues.

Nice to have
Experience supporting regional or global teams and working with employee engagement, survey, or people-related data is beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting and data analysis is used.
Familiarity with employee engagement and culture programs is an advantage, and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
