Financial Reconciliation JR Analyst at EBANX.
About the role
Join our global team to manage financial accuracy and support the growth of digital payments across 29 countries. You will focus on balancing accounts, identifying payment gaps, and improving operational efficiency within our reconciliation systems.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Reconcile receivable accounts and track down discrepancies.
- Investigate and fix payment issues by coordinating with partner processors.
- Monitor receivable trends and provide reports on variances.
- Maintain adherence to internal company policies and standards.
- Support the team during month-end and year-end closing cycles.
- Integrate new workflows into the existing reconciliation system.
- Create operational improvements and analyze cost and revenue data for insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Intermediate level of fluency in either Spanish or English.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
- Capacity to function well both as an individual contributor and as a team member.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with acquirers.
