About the role
EarnIn is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to join their team on a remote basis within the United States. This role offers hands-on experience in brand strategy and marketing execution for a growing company. The intern will contribute to campaigns and initiatives that shape how EarnIn is perceived by its audience while gaining exposure to brand development, content strategy, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team to support brand awareness efforts across multiple digital channels and have the chance to collaborate directly with senior marketing professionals on real business projects.

What you'll do
Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns for EarnIn products and services
Support the creation of content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and digital advertisements
Help coordinate marketing events and activations both online and in-person when possible
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights relevant to EarnIn brand positioning
Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets that align with brand guidelines
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions
Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and audience engagement across digital channels
Maintain and update marketing collateral including presentations, one-pagers, and brand decks
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for upcoming product launches
Assist with influencer and partnership outreach to expand EarnIn brand reach
Help track and analyze competitor marketing activities to identify opportunities for EarnIn brand differentiation
Support the scheduling and publishing of content across various marketing channels and platforms
Assist with the planning and coordination of seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches
Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and clear messaging
Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital marketing best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a remote environment
Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
Demonstrated interest in brand marketing through relevant coursework, projects, or prior experience
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadline management
Enthusiasm for learning about financial wellness products and services
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
Nice to have
Previous internship experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management roles
Knowledge of EarnIn or similar fintech brands and their current market positioning
Experience with content management systems or marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
Familiarity with video editing tools and basic motion graphics production workflows
Prior experience with data analysis and reporting in a marketing context
Experience with A/B testing and optimization of marketing campaigns

Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for collaboration and reporting

This is a remote internship, so candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home free from distractions
The role is based in the United States and remote work is available across all US states
Internship duration and start date are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process
This position may be eligible for academic credit depending on your university requirements
Regular check-ins with the marketing team will be scheduled to ensure progress and mentorship
Candidates should be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week during the internship term to ensure consistent progress
