About the role
This position is responsible for delivering a premium member experience through one-on-one assisted stretching. The successful candidate will design custom mobility journeys for each client, ensuring sessions are safe, effective, and engaging. You will be a key representative of our bold and motivating culture, solving problems in real-time to guide clients toward improved physical wellness. You will own the end-to-end client journey, from initial assessment to creating personalized flexibility plans that drive results. - Cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere that welcomes every individual regardless of their background or fitness level.

Requirements
Before starting your scheduled shifts, you must successfully clear a background check. Current CPR certification is mandatory and must be obtained within 30 days of joining. A national fitness certification or a degree from an approved trade school is required. The acceptable credentials for this role include Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, or Athletic Trainer. You must cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere that welcomes every individual. Strong communication skills paired with genuine empathy are essential. A love for connecting with people and a passion for helping them achieve their goals is required. Professionalism, reliability, and strict adherence to company policies are non-negotiable. You must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical movements required during assisted stretching.
