What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance monitoring, ensuring all terms are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related inquiries, providing timely and effective communication to address any concerns.
- Maintain an organized database of contracts and sales documents, ensuring easy access for team members and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data and contract performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure that all contracts adhere to company policies and financial guidelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies that align with company objectives, contributing to overall business growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, contract status, and performance metrics for management review, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of industry trends, sales techniques, and contract management best practices.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating the transition process and ensuring all contractual obligations are clearly communicated.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that all contractual commitments are fulfilled and that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, contract administration, or a related field, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and sales processes, with the ability to interpret and negotiate contract terms effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software; experience with contract management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
