You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure that our operational needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. What you'll do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials and services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their offerings, and assess their capabilities to meet our needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions that benefit the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that procurement activities align with operational goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Analyze purchasing data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics, savings achieved, and areas for further development.
• Manage the procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while minimizing disruptions to operations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support projects that require procurement input, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact procurement activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on procurement processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly in a procurement context.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and ethical sourcing.
• Previous experience in a multinational company or working with international suppliers.
