About the role
You will act as the critical technical bridge between our sales organization and prospective enterprise customers, ensuring that Dust positions itself as the central AI operating system for modern workflows. Your core responsibility is to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical architects and business decision-makers. You will own the end-to-end technical engagement, guiding customers from initial discovery through configuration, demonstration, and final adoption. This role demands a proactive mindset where you identify high-impact use cases and architect practical solutions using Dust's flexible infrastructure. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners to synthesize customer feedback and influence our product roadmap. Ultimately, you are the trusted advisor who proves that Dust delivers tangible operational value and accelerates digital transformation.
Key facts
What you'll do
Partner with the Sales team to articulate Dust's value proposition to our prospects and customers and set them up for success.
Provide compelling product demonstrations that showcase Dust's capabilities to both technical and business stakeholders.
Help customers identify high-value use cases that align with Dust's capabilities and their specific business needs.
Create and configure custom LLM agents in Dust to demonstrate practical applications for specific workflows.
Own the technical evaluation end-to-end from customized demos to pilots, helping prospects by onboarding them onto the platform and driving pilot use-cases to completion.
Represent the voice of the customer with Product & Engineering teams to ensure insights and feedback are being implemented into product strategy.
Develop and maintain deep expertise in Dust's API capabilities and prompt engineering best practices to support complex implementations.
Educate customers on how to maximize value from generative AI within their workflows through hands-on guidance and strategic advice.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction for newly acquired enterprise accounts.
Analyze customer workflow patterns to surface opportunities for Dust adoption across departments and organizational hierarchies.
Work with Solutions and Product teams to build reusable assets, such as demo templates and configuration guides, for future sales engagements.
Translate ambiguous customer requirements into concrete technical specifications that our engineering team can execute against.
Support the creation of proof-of-concept projects that validate ROI and de-risk the adoption of AI infrastructure for large enterprises.
Act as an ambassador for the Dust platform in the field, gathering competitive intelligence and market feedback.
Requirements
You possess meaningful experience in a combination of technical and customer-facing roles that require sophisticated problem-solving.
You have a proven track record of helping customers unlock value from sophisticated software products, particularly those requiring deep integration.
You are experienced in conducting effective technical demonstrations and translating complex concepts to diverse audiences without losing technical fidelity.
You communicate with excellence and present with confidence, engaging both technical and business stakeholders in varied settings.
You have strong technical aptitude, including a solid understanding of API concepts and the fundamentals of generative AI and prompt engineering principles.
You are passionate about educating customers of various backgrounds on new technologies and enabling them to achieve their desired outcomes.
You can clearly articulate both the technical and business value of a solution, aligning features to measurable impact.
You have a history of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, iterative environments.
You are comfortable operating in an ambiguity-rich environment where priorities shift quickly and problems are solved with creativity.
You demonstrate intellectual humility, balancing strong convictions with open-mindedness to new evidence and perspectives.
You are willing to travel internationally on a regular basis to meet with key customers and stakeholders.
You are based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France, and are authorized to work without sponsorship in the European Union.

Nice to have
Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI and LLMs, to better discuss technical nuances with engineering teams.

Hands-on coding experience to understand API implementations and to create custom, lightweight demos for evaluation scenarios.
Practical notes
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paris.
The role may require international travel to customer sites and conferences.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the European Union without sponsorship.
