As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will guide enterprise clients through the adoption process, ensuring they successfully implement our platform to transform their workflows. You will own the narrative of digital transformation for strategic accounts, positioning Dust as the central infrastructure for their AI ambitions. Your work will directly influence how organizations rewire their operations around autonomous agents and collaborative intelligence. You will act as the primary advisor who ensures business goals are not just met but reimagined through the platform's capabilities. This role requires you to translate abstract AI potential into concrete, executable workflows for diverse teams. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the successful adoption and deep utilization of Dust's platform, driving measurable value from day one.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the initial 60 to 90 day deployment phase for strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Serve as the primary advisor to clients, helping them align their long-term business objectives with the specific capabilities of the Dust platform.
- Design and lead tailored training sessions for various user personas, including technical practitioners and executive leadership stakeholders.
- Identify, validate, and implement high-value use cases directly within client organizations, demonstrating clear return on investment.
- Monitor adoption metrics rigorously and resolve obstacles proactively to ensure clients realize tangible value quickly and efficiently.
- Author scalable educational resources such as playbooks, guides, and standard operating procedures to foster customer self-sufficiency and reduce dependency.
- Partner closely with sales and success teams to refine deployment workflows, handoff procedures, and cross-functional communication protocols.
- Synthesize customer feedback and behavioral data to provide actionable insights to the product team, influencing future development and feature prioritization.
- Develop frameworks and reusable assets that standardize best practices for AI deployment across different industry verticals and company sizes.
- Act as a subject matter expert in AI workflow strategy, translating complex technical concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead the configuration and customization of Dust's platform to meet the specific operational requirements of enterprise clients.
- Champion the adoption of agent-based workflows and prompt engineering methodologies within client environments to maximize platform potential.
- Coordinate cross-functional support with engineering and product teams to address any issues that arise during the deployment lifecycle.
- Document deployment playbooks and success metrics to build a library of case studies that inform new sales efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a proven track record in digital adoption, enablement, or education for enterprise-level clients across multiple industries.
- Bring experience managing large-scale product rollouts across organizations with 1,000 or more employees, ensuring alignment with complex stakeholder structures.
- Possess the ability to explain intricate technical concepts in an accessible manner to both technical engineers and non-technical executive leadership.
- Show practical experience using AI products and workflows in a professional capacity, understanding real-world applications and limitations.
- Exhibit a strong builder mindset, capable of creating repeatable systems, frameworks, and playbooks that standardize deployment processes.
- Operate effectively with high initiative and ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
- Display the capacity to prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent customer needs while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives around digital transformation and AI adoption.
