Founder's Office (US)
Job description
About the role
This role exists to increase the operating leverage of Dust during a period of hypergrowth. You will own high-priority initiatives that do not yet have a clear long-term owner and drive cross-functional projects across operations, GTM, recruiting, partnerships, and customer work. You will identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly while improving how the company executes through lightweight systems and processes. You will help leadership translate priorities into action and step into ambiguous situations, creating structure and momentum where none currently exists. This is not a traditional strategy role, and it is not an assistant role; you are expected to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership naturally.

- Strong candidates often come from early-stage startups, Founder's Office or Chief of Staff roles, consulting paired with meaningful operator experience, venture capital or investing roles transitioning into operating, business or strategic operations, and former founders or entrepreneurial builders.
