About the role

As a Client Training & Community Specialist at Bamboohr, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and satisfaction through effective training and community-building initiatives. Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive training programs that empower clients to maximize the value of Bamboohr's innovative solutions. You will also foster a vibrant community of users, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among clients. This position is based in Wroclaw, Wroclaw, and is a full-time opportunity.

What you'll do

Design and implement training programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Bamboohr's products.
Conduct engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, to educate clients about product features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs, to provide ongoing support for clients.
Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements, ensuring training content is current and relevant.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to training and product usage, providing timely and effective support.
Organize community events, webinars, and forums to encourage interaction among clients and facilitate knowledge exchange.
Gather feedback from clients regarding training effectiveness and community initiatives, using insights to continuously improve offerings.
Monitor community engagement metrics and report on trends, identifying opportunities for enhancing client involvement and satisfaction.
Assist in the development of a client onboarding process that ensures a smooth transition to using Bamboohr's products.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and helping to shape product development based on user feedback.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to position Bamboohr as a leader in client training and community engagement.
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall client experience and drive adoption of Bamboohr's solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, or Communications.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in client training, community management, or a related role, preferably within the tech or software industry.
Proven ability to create engaging training content and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster a sense of community among clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and community platforms is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and community engagement metrics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Nice to have

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis software.
Background in the financial services industry or experience with data management solutions.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and community-building techniques.

Skills & tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) to track training initiatives and community projects.
