About the role
You will serve as the Head of Field and Partner Marketing for Dropbox, leading the global field and partner marketing organization with direct reporting to the Sales-Led Growth leadership team. Your core mandate will be to drive pipeline growth across both Sales-Led Growth initiatives and partner ecosystems globally. You will define the regional marketing strategy and own its end-to-end execution to ensure market success. This position is a critical leadership role within the strategic partner ecosystem, requiring executive presence and decision-making authority. You will manage co-marketing initiatives specifically with key AI technology providers to amplify joint reach. The role demands orchestrating targeted account-based marketing programs alongside regional demand generation efforts. You will develop and scale localized partner programs to directly support overarching global business objectives. This position ensures all marketing efforts remain tightly aligned with sales and channel goals. You will act as the bridge between strategic vision and on-the-ground execution.
What you'll do
- Architect integrated marketing campaigns that synchronize objectives and messaging for sales, partners, and product teams to ensure a unified narrative.
- Create and own the strategic vision and performance metrics for both direct and indirect pipelines, driving accountability for field pipeline and partner-led business globally.
- Design and execute account-based marketing strategies tailored for priority segments and key strategic accounts to maximize resource efficiency and impact.
- Guide localized partner programs and co-marketing initiatives with major AI ecosystems including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to drive joint adoption.
- Translate complex market signals and competitive insights into coherent regional strategies that fuel measurable demand and revenue growth.
- Build comprehensive content and enablement assets that equip regional teams to win in market with clarity, confidence, and consistent messaging.
- Support global distribution networks and channel partners by providing them with the tools, training, and materials needed for success.
- Guide data-driven optimization across all marketing channels and account segments to improve pipeline quality, velocity, and overall efficiency over time.
- Own the development and maintenance of go-to-market playbooks specifically for field and partner teams to synchronize efforts around shared outcomes.
- Shape compelling partner value propositions and joint narratives that resonate deeply with strategic technology ecosystems and partner audiences.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between marketing and sales teams to close the loop between insight, experiment, and scaled execution.
- Champion continuous experimentation across various channels and market segments to test investments and refine future resource allocation.
- Ensure all marketing programs adhere to the strict requirements and standards expected of a leading global technology company.
- Act as the primary marketing leader responsible for the success of the field and partner marketing organization and its impact on the business.
- Drive the creation of localized content that respects regional nuances while maintaining a cohesive global brand identity.

Requirements
- The candidate brings a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing leadership experience specifically within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sectors.
- You must possess hands-on, demonstrable experience with ABM and regional demand generation that spans both direct sales channels and partner channels effectively.
- You operate with comfort and agility within fast-moving ambiguity while maintaining rigorous planning and execution standards in all marketing activities.
- You communicate persuasively and professionally with both executives and hands-on practitioners across multiple time zones and diverse stakeholder groups.
- You manage complex marketing programs and large datasets with discipline, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
- You stay intensely focused on achieving concrete business outcomes and key performance indicators in every marketing initiative.
- You have a proven track record of owning and scaling demand generation efforts in a global, multi-market environment.
- You demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution capabilities in all marketing projects.
Compensation and Location
This is a full-time position. The role is remote with select US locations. The compensation range is $180,000-$240,000 base salary. Target variable compensation is included. Equity and comprehensive benefits are part of the package.
Nice to have
Experience with AI technology ecosystems is preferred. Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini represents a significant advantage in this role.
