This role encompasses the entire business development process, from pinpointing key financial institutions to finalizing long-term agreements. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, you will act as the regional ambassador for the company, ensuring that the needs of enterprise partners are effectively represented within the organization.

What you'll do
- Oversee the comprehensive business development process aimed at Tier-1 global financial institutions that align with the company's strategic growth objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-suite executives at banks, digital wallet providers, and brokerage firms, effectively positioning DriveWealth's infrastructure as a solution to their business goals.
- Negotiate long-term commercial agreements, ensuring a balance between mutual advantages, operational viability, and compliance with legal standards.
- Collect market intelligence and implement regional go-to-market strategies to establish a robust local market presence.
- Serve as an advocate for enterprise partner requirements, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to influence the product development roadmap.
- Participate in high-level industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate a qualified sales pipeline.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, showcasing DriveWealth's unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with financial institutions in the region.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices with team members.
- Engage in regular training and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and sales techniques.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly within the Financial Services, Fintech, Investment Banking, or Brokerage sectors.
- Solid understanding of brokerage services and investment products.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in structured environments.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to C-level stakeholders.
- Capacity to work independently while also collaborating with various departments.
- Willingness to travel internationally within the region for client meetings and prospecting efforts.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoover, and LinkedIn.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and analyzing data.
- A data-driven mindset for conducting research and making informed decisions.
- Proven track record of ownership and disciplined execution in high-pressure scenarios.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a strong respect for risk management and operational controls.
Nice to have
- Possession of a Series 7 license would be advantageous.
- Experience working in diverse cultural environments, particularly in the Middle East.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial services in the region.
