About the role
This position is for a key sales leader focused on expanding DriveWealth's presence and commercial success within Europe. You will manage the entire business development process, from identifying and engaging with major global institutions to finalizing significant multi-year contracts. Your objective is to drive substantial revenue growth and establish a strong market position.

What you'll do
Manage the complete business development cycle for top-tier global financial institutions, prioritizing partners that align with our strategic growth objectives.
Engage with C-level executives at global banks, digital wallets, and brokerage firms, positioning DriveWealth's technology to support their business objectives.
Lead negotiations for multi-year commercial agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and operationally sound.
Develop and implement market entry strategies for key European regions to build a leading local presence.
Serve as the internal advocate for enterprise partners, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure our offerings meet the needs of sophisticated financial entities.
Represent DriveWealth at executive industry events to enhance our market standing and generate high-quality leads.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within the financial services, fintech, investment banking, or brokerage sectors.
A solid understanding of brokerage financial services and investment products.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and with great attention to detail in a structured environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience presenting and selling to C-level executives.
A self-starter capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally within the region for prospecting and partner meetings.
Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoover, and LinkedIn.
Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel.
A data-driven approach to research and decision-making.
Possession of a Series 7 license is preferred.
A history of taking ownership and executing diligently in demanding situations.
The capacity to prioritize effectively and focus on critical tasks to ensure completion.
