You will steward the foundational systems that allow Rodeo Dunes to operate with clarity and consistency as the resort prepares for its 2027 public opening. You will own the integrity of data, ensuring that every policy, schedule, and guest touchpoint is grounded in accurate and up-to-date information. You will partner with leadership to translate high-level strategy into operational reality across the golf and resort environment. You will manage exceptions and details with calm precision, becoming the person others rely on when something needs to be verified or coordinated. You will safeguard confidential information and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in every interaction. You will contribute to the documentation that defines how the resort functions today and how it will scale in the future. You will act as a bridge between departments, aligning teams around shared processes and common standards. You will support the culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions rooted in the realities of the front lines.

What you'll do
Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of teams to ensure coverage aligns with forecasted demand and operational priorities.
Own the accuracy and maintenance of critical documents, ensuring procedures reflect current conditions and compliance requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for verifying details, resolving discrepancies, and confirming information across departments.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to align objectives, clarify responsibilities, and remove barriers to execution.
Maintain organized records of decisions, changes, and operational activities to support audits, reviews, and future planning.
Implement and refine administrative workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve the reliability of outputs.
Track project timelines and milestones, escalating risks early and supporting course of action adjustments as needed.
Support the integration of new systems and tools by testing processes, documenting functionality, and training staff on proper use.
Act as a steward of the resort's standards by consistently applying policies, protocols, and best practices in day-to-day tasks.
Perform ad hoc analyses and compile findings that help leadership make informed decisions about resources and guest experience.
Champion data quality by validating inputs, correcting errors, and establishing routines that prevent inaccuracies from recurring.
Collaborate with course operations and hospitality teams to ensure alignment between planning, execution, and guest promises.
Support special initiatives related to guest services, sustainability, and community engagement as directed by leadership.
Requirements
Eligible candidates must have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
You should be comfortable working independently and making sound judgments with minimal direct supervision.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including the ability to build and manage spreadsheets, reports, and data workflows.
You must be detail-oriented and able to maintain high accuracy across repetitive tasks and documentation deliverables.
Reliability is essential, with a consistent track record of meeting commitments and adhering to deadlines.
You must be able to pass a background check and comply with all resort policies regarding confidentiality and professional conduct.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
You should have experience working in administrative, operations, or project support roles within a complex organization or dynamic environment.
An understanding of golf operations, hospitality standards, or resort environments is preferred but not required.
You must be willing to work in a setting that involves exposure to variable weather conditions and physical activity inherent to on-site operations.
You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities as the resort prepares for public opening.

Nice to have
Previous experience in the golf or hospitality industry, especially in a resort, course, or club setting.

Knowledge of sustainability practices or interest in environmental stewardship within a resort context.
Basic understanding of course management, agronomy, or facilities operations.
Practical notes
This is a part-time regular role.
The position requires on-site presence at Rodeo Dunes in Roggen, Colorado.
Travel is limited to the local region and within the resort campus as needed for duties.
