DoubleVerify is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Programs & Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at our New York City headquarters. This role is essential for managing and optimizing our marketing technology infrastructure, developing scalable account-based marketing initiatives, and automating key processes that contribute directly to pipeline development and revenue growth. What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and oversee complex workflows, automation rules, and lead routing configurations within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales processes.
- Manage the integration of HubSpot with other platforms, such as Salesforce and third-party tools, to ensure high-quality lead transfer, accurate data synchronization, and smooth operational workflows.
- Configure and maintain the marketing technology stack, including setting up forms, tracking scripts, and managing integrations with external tools like Splash and GA4 for website and event tracking.
- Lead the technical execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including managing account lists, setting up automated nurturing sequences, and ensuring targeted outreach aligns with strategic goals.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the marketing database by performing routine data hygiene tasks, audience segmentation, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute email campaigns, update website content, and optimize landing pages via HubSpot, ensuring all assets are aligned with branding and messaging standards.
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, new feature adoption, and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Document operational procedures, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, workflows, and integrations for future reference and onboarding.
- Provide technical support for website and event operations, including managing integrations with Splash for event marketing and GA4 for analytics tracking, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to develop reporting dashboards, track key performance indicators, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing automation, data discrepancies, or system integrations, proactively resolving problems to minimize operational disruptions.
- Support ongoing training and knowledge sharing within the marketing team to maximize the effective use of marketing technology tools and processes.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to align marketing automation efforts with broader company initiatives, ensuring consistency and efficiency across functions.
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field, with a proven track record of managing complex marketing systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot, including configuring workflows, automation, and integrations; familiarity with Marketo is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including its integration with marketing automation platforms, data management, and lead lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain marketing data, including UTM governance, lead scoring, and audience segmentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve data inconsistencies, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation, SOPs, and system configurations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Effective communication skills, particularly in translating technical requirements to non-technical team members and documenting processes clearly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and experience implementing compliance measures within marketing systems.

- HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification or HubSpot CMS Certification.
- Skills in troubleshooting HTML/CSS for email templates, landing pages, and website updates.
- Previous experience working in B2B marketing environments, especially within digital media or ad tech sectors.
- Familiarity with event marketing platforms and tools like Splash, as well as analytics platforms such as GA4.
- Experience working in international or global settings, managing cross-time zone projects and collaborating with diverse teams.

The starting salary for this position will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, location, and internal equity within DoubleVerify. The estimated salary range for this role is between $68,000 and $129,000. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits packages.
