This role builds and protects DoubleVerify's presence in Mexico City. The Senior Client Partner owns strategic growth for a portfolio of top clients. Consultative selling and cross-functional teamwork define how this position creates long-term value. You will act as a strategic advisor to key accounts, aligning DoubleVerify's measurement solutions with their evolving business objectives. The position requires a disciplined approach to managing complex sales cycles and navigating enterprise buying committees. You will leverage data and insights to position DoubleVerify as an indispensable partner in the client's growth strategy. Ultimately, this role is responsible for expanding the scope and depth of relationships within high-value accounts in the Mexican market.

What you'll do
You will uncover new areas inside client organizations and run upsell campaigns for in-house ecommerce, analytics, or social content teams. Stakeholder partnerships translate DoubleVerify's existing platform usage into compelling value stories and secure cross-sell and upsell commitments. You will cultivate executive level client contacts so DoubleVerify is viewed as a strategic and preferred measurement partner. Product knowledge gaps are reviewed with customers so usage insights inform better solutions and stronger retention plans. Organizational outreach identifies additional decision makers and educates them on DoubleVerify, making solutions stickier and revealing further upsell paths. Cross-functional collaboration with Programmatic and Social teams ensures smooth onboarding and strong adoption of additional products. You will lead the creation of RFP and RFI answers for current customers when large opportunities arise. Business reviews own the preparation and execution of QBRs, turning account insights into clear actions for client stakeholders. Pipeline management maintains revenue activity and delivers timely updates in Salesforce to support executive oversight. You will also mentor junior team members on best practices for client engagement and strategic selling.
Requirements
Candidates must bring six or more years of experience influencing media agencies or brand clients at scale. Track records must show growth in strategic existing accounts over time, demonstrating an ability to expand footprint within key accounts. Problem solving must combine analytical rigor with cross-departmental collaboration to address complex client challenges. Communication must consistently adapt messages for executives and product teams, ensuring clarity and impact across audiences. Handling multiple priorities must remain effective in a fast-moving market, balancing urgent requests with strategic initiatives. Presentations require strong crafting skills and polished delivery to convey value and drive decision-making. A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory, providing a foundation for professional credibility. Travel must cover 10 to 25 percent of working time, requiring comfort with frequent movement and time away from home. English language proficiency is essential for day-to-day work, ensuring seamless collaboration with global stakeholders. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico and comply with all local employment regulations.
