About the role
The Ad Sales team is seeking an Enterprise Associate to manage, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns for our largest partners, including McDonald's. You will handle contract execution, campaign setup, and billing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve internal tools and processes. In this capacity, you will serve as a pivotal operational link between sales and fulfillment, ensuring that strategic advertiser objectives are translated into precise and timely execution. You will own the end-to-end workflow for major campaigns, from initial setup through ongoing optimization and final billing reconciliation. The role requires a proactive mindset to identify friction points and drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will leverage data to assess campaign health and provide insights that maximize advertiser value and internal tool usability. This position is instrumental in supporting the growth and scalability of the DoorDash ads and promotions business.

What you'll do
- Execute and monitor campaign setups within advertising platforms to guarantee accurate targeting and delivery.
- Process billing and invoicing activities to maintain precise records and timely payment collection.
- Coordinate with Account Executives to translate commercial terms into operational workflows that satisfy client requirements.
- Analyze campaign reporting dashboards to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Streamline internal tools and processes in partnership with legal, revenue, accounting, and partner management teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance the overall advertiser experience.
- Support the launch of new marketing campaigns by managing the setup, testing, and validation lifecycle.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of campaign configurations, changes, and approvals for audit and compliance purposes.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures that improve scalability and team productivity.
- Engage with technical teams to assess, test, and implement improvements to sales and operations technology.
- Provide frontline support to address operational questions from internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in the creation of materials that clarify campaign performance for internal and external audiences.
- Participate in special projects that drive operational excellence and long-term process innovation.
Requirements
- Hold a 4-year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Possess 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet strict deadlines.
- Apply an analytical mindset to interpret advertising KPIs and derive actionable insights.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Show an aptitude for learning new technical tools and programs quickly and applying them effectively.

Practical notes
Compensation includes base salary, equity grants, and sales commission.
