About the role
The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is seeking a strategic marketer to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of campaigns that drive growth through local-first initiatives. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of marketing programs designed to scale our presence in emerging local markets. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, creating playbooks, and translating consumer data into actionable plans that resonate locally. You will launch and test new marketing channels and grassroots programs with a focus on optimizing customer acquisition and retention. Collaboration will be central as you coordinate cross-functional workstreams and assess performance to manage risks and iterate quickly. You will also host weekly meetings with core teams including brand, creative, analytics, and strategy to support leadership updates and decision-making. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset to build and scale programs under resource constraints while maintaining rigorous ownership of outcomes.

What you'll do

- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared ownership of goals.
- Drive the documentation of learnings to inform future playbooks and strategic decisions.
- Act as the operational backbone for local-first marketing efforts across key U.S. markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- 4+ years of marketing experience, specifically in local-first strategies across performance, retention, or integrated marketing.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market plans without needing perfect information.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act decisively even with incomplete data.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling programs under resource constraints.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across departments like CRM, paid media, and product.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and owning end-to-end campaign execution.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies based on results.
- Commitment to adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality work consistently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned U.S. cities as needed for market-specific work.
