About the role
You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned enterprise accounts, including their data science initiatives and how the Domino platform aligns with strategic priorities while identifying key economic buyers and technical influencers. You will establish and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders such as Directors, Executive Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders, ensuring natural and consistent communication, including text-based outreach, to build trust and momentum. You will uncover high-value opportunities for customers to leverage Domino for scientific computing and data science workflows, defining the sales strategy and steering the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from discovery to closure. You will contribute directly to the growth of the Life Sciences vertical by generating a pipeline of $7.5 million to $10 million by the end of FY27 and closing $2.5 million or more in new Annual Recurring Revenue by the end of FY28. You will position Domino for long-term success within each account by clarifying how product management, services, sales, and executive leadership engage and deliver value to the customer. You will actively manage the ecosystem of partners and competitors within customer environments to ensure Domino is viewed as the central platform for data science and scientific computing. You will operate with an AI and ML fluency that allows you to discuss technical relevance and business outcomes with credibility in regulated life sciences environments. You will represent Domino in the market as the platform that enables reproducibility, collaboration, and compliance for the largest, AI-driven organizations.

What you'll do
Investigate and map the current data science and AI initiatives of target enterprise accounts to identify strategic alignment with Domino capabilities.
Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers, including Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives, through consistent and natural text-based communication.
Identify and frame high-value opportunities where Domino can solve critical challenges in life sciences R&D, data infrastructure, and model deployment.
Design and execute a multi-threaded sales strategy that addresses economic, technical, and operational buyer needs across the enterprise.
Generate a pipeline of $7.5 million to $10 million in qualified opportunities by the end of FY27 to support predictable growth.
Close $2.5 million or more in new Annual Recurring Revenue by the end of FY28 through disciplined execution of the sales process.
Align internal stakeholders, including product management, services, and executive leadership, to ensure seamless customer engagement and value realization.
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and partner ecosystem to maintain a clear positioning advantage within key accounts.
Articulate how Domino's platform supports compliance, reproducibility, and collaboration for organizations operating under strict regulatory environments.
Leverage AI and machine learning expertise to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for life sciences customers.
Utilize cold outreach and targeted prospecting techniques to open conversations in new segments and expand within existing accounts.
Champion Domino as the unifying platform for data science and scientific computing, emphasizing scalability and operationalization.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and customer engagement outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
Collaborate with customer success and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements
You possess 5 to 10 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated history of selling enterprise platforms into the life sciences market.
You have a solid understanding of the life sciences industry, including how different functions and business units operate within this sector.
You bring enterprise sales experience, including the ability to guide complex, multi-million dollar deals through evaluation, negotiation, and approval stages.
You have a proven track record of meeting with senior leaders at the VP level within the enterprise life sciences market.
You have secured $1 million or more in software contracts and can demonstrate this history in past roles.
You possess the business acumen required to articulate how complex solutions map to specific customer initiatives and strategic priorities.
You have successfully finalized negotiations on complex enterprise software deals involving multiple stakeholders and rigorous review processes.
You have experience positioning new solutions in areas that are unproven or emerging within large enterprise environments.
You have a working understanding of AI and ML technologies and can discuss their relevance in life sciences contexts.
You excel at prospecting, including the use of cold-call techniques to initiate conversations and uncover opportunities within new accounts.
