Workplace Experience Lead
Job description
About the role
You will manage the daily operations and environment of the Nantes office while overseeing the branch location in Niort. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary guardian of the physical workspace, ensuring that both sites function as secure, efficient, and inspiring environments for all employees. Reporting directly to the Workplace Services Director, you will act as the central hub for communication between the corporate real estate strategy and the lived reality of the office floor. Your ownership will extend to supervising external partners responsible for security, reception, office amenities, and travel logistics, while vigilantly monitoring their performance against established service level agreements. You will organize internal company events, handling the complete logistics and associated budgets from conception to execution. Maintaining building safety and health standards will be a core responsibility, encompassing emergency protocols, access control, and strict adherence to regulatory frameworks. You will manage financial tasks such as invoice processing, purchase orders, and expense tracking with precision and transparency. Furthermore, you will coordinate closely with maintenance teams and serve as the primary contact for subtenants in the Nantes facility, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly. Collaboration will be essential as you work alongside the IT, Finance, Procurement, and Real Estate departments to ensure seamless and consistent site operations across both locations. Ultimately, your role will ensure that the workplace fosters productivity, safety, and a strong sense of community for the entire team.
