About the role
The Senior Associate Partner Enablement (x/f/m) position in Berlin or Munich focuses on architecting and deploying comprehensive training and certification programs for Doctolib's IT-Service Partner ecosystem. You will serve as the central knowledge conduit, translating complex product and process updates into accessible learning journeys for external partners. The role emphasizes the use of KI-gestützte Werkzeuge to streamline content creation and optimize the delivery of learning materials. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, ensure partners feel confident and empowered, and act as the critical liaison aligning partner capabilities with overarching business objectives. This position will drive the evolution of the enablement strategy based on direct feedback and performance metrics, ensuring that partners can successfully adopt and represent Doctolib's products and processes.
What you'll do
You will analyse and transform complex product information into structured learning modules for partners. This includes designing initial and continuous training programs around Doctolib products, technical requirements, onboarding processes, and tools, creating target-group-specific materials and formats. You will build and maintain a structured certification and recertification system to ensure consistent quality standards across the partner network. Using data-driven reporting methods, you will measure training effectiveness and identify knowledge gaps, then derive and implement improvement actions based on partner feedback, product developments, and quality audits. You will design tailored learning formats and training content for various stakeholders, facilitate workshops to ensure practical application of products and processes, and prepare informed recommendations for the further development of enablement programs. You will also ensure the smooth integration of new IT-service partners into the existing knowledge management system.

You possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for knowledge transfer, along with didactic abilities and hands-on experience with e-learning tools and LMS/training platforms. You have a proven track record in developing and structuring training programs sustainably, and you work in a process- and quality-oriented manner to ensure error-free execution. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift are essential, and you are prepared to use KI-gestützte Technologien daily to achieve excellent operational results. You can act autonomously and take initiative while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
