About the role
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting healthcare facilities and hospitals as they transition to using Doctolib's innovative products. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating data migration, validating IT infrastructure, and providing hands-on support throughout the entire customer experience. Collaborating closely with Deployment teams and healthcare professionals, you will have the opportunity to diversify your skill set and expand your product knowledge over time.

What you'll do
- Migrate patient and appointment data from various external practice management systems into Doctolib's software, ensuring data integrity through file conversion and cleanup processes utilizing Excel and other relevant tools.
- Act as the main technical liaison for healthcare practices and their IT departments, addressing inquiries via phone and email, and confirming that all technical prerequisites are met for successful implementation.
- Provide guidance to internal teams in Sales and Deployment regarding data migration issues, unique system configurations, and API integration challenges.
- Oversee the integration of Doctolib's all-in-one practice management software and AI-driven phone assistant into healthcare settings, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing systems.
- Participate in innovative projects and initiatives, which may include designing and conducting training sessions or developing automation scripts as part of the Innovation Labs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' IT environments to ensure readiness for Doctolib's solutions, including network setups and VPN configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
- Document technical processes and create user guides to facilitate smoother onboarding for new clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level and English at a B2 level, as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Strong expertise in data manipulation and formatting using Excel or similar software, along with a basic understanding of SQL and/or regular expressions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of APIs, IT infrastructure, networking, VPNs, and system setups, including Citrix VDI, Terminal Server, and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly for engaging with B2B and B2C users via phone and video calls.
- A keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to learning, and a genuine interest in healthcare technology and digital transformation.
Nice to have
- Experience in programming with JavaScript and/or Python, with a portfolio of relevant projects.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and their applications in data management.
- Previous experience working with patient management systems or electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions and the integration of AI tools into everyday workflows.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in Excel and data processing applications for data management.
- Familiar with SQL and regular expressions for data querying and manipulation.
- Experienced in using Citrix VDI, Terminal Server, and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services for system access.
- Knowledgeable in VPN configuration and network setup for secure connections.
