About the role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Large Accounts team, focusing on the expansion of Doctolib Hôpital across various healthcare institutions, including public and private hospitals, university medical centers, and specialized clinics throughout France and its overseas territories. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of potential clients, navigate complex sales processes, and serve as a strategic consultant to hospital executives, facilitating their journey toward digital transformation.

What you'll do
- Spearhead the promotion and adoption of Doctolib Hôpital through proactive outreach, high-level meetings with key decision-makers, and participation in public procurement processes.
- Position Doctolib as the leading technological partner for hospitals in France by showcasing our expertise in European healthcare innovation and technology.
- Assist healthcare organizations in their digital transformation efforts, integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance patient care pathways and operational efficiency.
- Oversee intricate contract negotiations, including direct agreements and public market tenders, while collaborating closely with deployment consultants to ensure seamless implementation.
- Forge and nurture strategic alliances with Hospital Information System providers to enhance service offerings and integration capabilities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends that could impact our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to hospital leadership, articulating the value proposition of Doctolib's solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and customer needs, facilitating a cohesive approach to client engagement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex B2B sales, particularly involving interactions with C-level executives.
- A solid background in the healthcare industry, with specific experience in medical software, e-health solutions, or hospital-focused SaaS products.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, particularly MEDDIC, to drive sales effectiveness.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects concurrently without compromising quality.
- A demonstrated passion for the integration of artificial intelligence in healthcare settings and its potential to transform patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Nice to have
- Understanding of national health policies and initiatives from the Ministry of Health, Regional Health Agencies, and the French Hospital Federation (FHF).
- Experience in public sector sales, particularly in the healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape affecting healthcare technology in France.
