What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closing with precision and ownership.
- Oversee regional growth, revenue targets, and customer relationship management to ensure sustainable success.
- Consult with medical professionals to identify their needs and demonstrate the value of our digital tools through tailored presentations.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine sales strategies using Salesforce data to optimize your territory performance.
- Conduct proactive discovery sessions to uncover latent needs and align our solutions with specific operational pain points.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key prospects in the Hannover region to maximize penetration.
- Collaborate internally with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high satisfaction.
- Qualify leads rigorously to prioritize opportunities that offer the highest potential for long-term value.
- Leverage sales automation and CRM tools to maintain an accurate and actionable view of every opportunity stage.
- Present product demonstrations that clearly articulate the return on investment for adopting our platform.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly targets.
- Negotiate contract terms and commercial conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to maintain continuity and support strategic account reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices for digital workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in B2B field sales within a relevant market.
- Proven ability to handle cold calling and pitch products effectively to skeptical decision-makers in a professional setting.
- High level of energy, professional demeanor, and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a demanding sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher) to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Valid class B driver license for frequent travel to client sites across the Hannover region and beyond.
- A strong commitment to achieving numerical goals and adhering to strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- The capability to work independently and manage your time effectively without direct supervision on a daily basis.
- Willingness to adapt to a structured sales methodology while maintaining entrepreneurial ownership of your results.
