About the role
Become a vital member of the Düsseldorf sales team as the initial contact for prospective clients within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will embody the Doctolib brand, directly contributing to the company's expansion and the digital transformation of healthcare services across Germany.

What you'll do
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, serving as their first point of contact with Doctolib.
- Independently engage with healthcare professionals, providing them with tailored advice and scheduling subsequent meetings.
- Assess and comprehend the unique needs and challenges faced by customers to ensure value is delivered from the outset.
- Take responsibility for achieving monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets, activity goals, and driving growth in your assigned region.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to monitor your performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize feedback from clients to inform product development and improve service offerings.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Doctolib's services.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients post-sale.
- Regularly review and refine your sales techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness in outreach efforts.
Requirements
- A proactive attitude towards cold calling and a willingness to engage potential clients without hesitation.
- A strong focus on achieving results, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
- An interest in technology and the ability to self-motivate in a dynamic work environment.
- An outgoing, friendly, and reliable personality that can connect with diverse clients.
- Fluency in German at a native level, along with proficient English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or a related field can be beneficial.
- Knowledge of digital health solutions and trends in the healthcare industry.
