About the role

This role functions like a business lead, requiring you to refine and execute go-to-market strategies to drive user adoption and satisfaction for our clinical and administrative tools. You will own the strategic narrative for our solutions, ensuring that positioning resonates deeply with the specific needs of the German healthcare ecosystem. This involves acting as a critical bridge between the technical capabilities of our product and the tangible value delivered to our customers. You will be responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived and ensuring our messaging cuts through the complexity of the market. Your work will directly influence product adoption rates and the overall success of our offerings in this key region. You will analyze data rigorously to understand user behavior and translate these insights into actionable marketing initiatives. What you'll do
- Architect and deploy comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product features and major launches within the German market.
- Synthesize user feedback and market data to serve as the internal voice of the user, directly influencing the product roadmap and enhancing market fit.
- Conduct deep analysis of user behavior across the entire customer journey to identify friction points and optimize value delivery, trust, and overall experience.
- Perform rigorous monitoring of market developments and competitor activities to uncover strategic opportunities and potential threats.
- Craft precise product positioning and messaging frameworks tailored specifically for the German market and its unique regulatory context.
- Orchestrate collaboration across marketing, sales, customer success, and technology departments to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.
- Provide strategic oversight for feature releases to guarantee successful market entry and achievement of adoption targets.
- Partner closely with internal teams to navigate the intricate landscape of regulatory and technical requirements inherent in the German healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain detailed competitive intelligence reports to inform strategic decisions and highlight areas of differentiation.

Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, or venture capital combined with product management.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work directly and effectively with technology and product development teams.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Have documented experience managing senior-level stakeholders, including VPs, Managing Directors, and executive committees.
- Show a proven capacity to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and lead complex, multifaceted projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with a minimum C1 level of proficiency for both languages.
- Display a high level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability for all deliverables and outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities with agility.
- Have a deep understanding of the German healthcare market and the specific challenges and opportunities it presents.
