In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the product marketing strategy and oversee the execution of go-to-market initiatives for Doctolib in Germany. What you'll do
- Act as the central communication hub between the Product, Technology, and market teams, guiding the product strategy and roadmap throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial feature development to market launch.
- Simplify intricate product ideas into clear, compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with the German market and its specific customer segments.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Doctolib's offerings.
- Manage the complete process of product and feature launches, ensuring that they are introduced to the market successfully.
- Represent the voice of the customer by analyzing feedback throughout the customer journey, translating insights into actionable product requirements, and enhancing product-market alignment.
- Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to uncover strategic opportunities that can guide product decisions.
- Work alongside various teams to monitor regulatory and technical advancements, contributing to the development of user-friendly and market-ready solutions.
- Lead initiatives to gather and analyze user data, leveraging this information to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in roles such as Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or within top-tier management consulting, with a strong emphasis on product strategy and development.
- A proven history of effective collaboration with Engineering and Product teams, demonstrating the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into market-oriented messaging.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to user research, market analysis, and product performance metrics.
- Experience in prioritizing tasks, managing resources efficiently, and leading projects to create and implement complex go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, aligning perspectives across product, sales, and marketing functions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1 in each language.
