About the role
You will act as a strategic financial advisor and business partner to operational and executive leadership across all Doctolib geographies. In this role, you own the end-to-end consolidation of group financial data and translate complex performance drivers into clear, actionable recommendations. You will challenge assumptions, model various scenarios, and ensure that decision-making is grounded in reliable and transparent data. You will be the primary point of contact for business units, guiding them on financial implications and trade-offs. Your work will directly influence strategic choices, resource allocation, and long-term value creation for the group. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tooling, driving efficiency and clarity.

What you'll do
Consolidate financial data across all Doctolib entities and countries to build a single, coherent, and reliable group view.
Build and maintain group-wide forecasting and business planning models, integrating multiple scenarios and assumptions.
Transform complex financial data into clear recommendations and reports for the CFO and senior leadership.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across entities, and proactively flag anomalies or discrepancies.
Act as a true Business Partner by supporting operational managers with analysis and financial models.
Monitor budget consumption for your assigned areas and deliver regular financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Lead performance reviews with business teams, analyzing budget versus actuals and identifying root causes.
Identify financial risks and propose corrective actions aligned with strategic objectives.
Evaluate the financial viability of new projects, investments, or initiatives using structured financial analysis.
Contribute to the simplification and automation of recurring FP&A processes to improve efficiency.
Participate in the design of new dashboards and tools to enhance financial decision-making and business visibility.
Challenge existing practices and propose improvements to support better financial control and agility.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial targets and operational execution.
Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators to measure progress against strategic goals.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to address urgent business questions and support timely decisions.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with a strong quantitative background.
You bring 4 to 6 years of experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, Strategy, or Audit roles.
You are meticulous and comfortable working with complex financial models and large datasets.
You can build rigorous analysis and present it in a clear, understandable way for both operational and executive audiences.
You are proactive in gathering information directly from the field and engaging with operational teams.
You are confident communicating with senior executives, including CFOs and executive committees.
You communicate with clarity and precision, with a strong business sense and ability to collaborate across functions.
You are highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with advanced modeling and data manipulation skills.
You have hands-on experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.
You are fluent in English in a professional written and spoken context.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
You understand data privacy and compliance considerations relevant to financial reporting.
You are solution-oriented and able to manage tasks from initial analysis to implementation and follow-up.
You demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and reliability in all your commitments.
Nice to have
A genuine interest in AI and a desire to incorporate AI-driven insights into daily finance practices.
Experience with data visualization tools to enhance storytelling and decision-making.
Basic knowledge of healthcare or SaaS business models and key drivers.
Familiarity with agile ways of working and continuous improvement methodologies.
Exposure to international or multicultural team environments.
