What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature, ensuring a smooth progression of opportunities.

- Present tailored solutions to medical practice managers, addressing their unique challenges and workflow requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and ensure client retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the health market.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales activities and forecast future revenue to align with company objectives and targets.
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients to maximize growth opportunities within existing relationships.
- Organize and execute training sessions for medical staff to ensure effective adoption of the digital platform.
- Document all client interactions and outcomes to maintain a clear record in the Salesforce database for future reference.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning based on feedback from the field.
- Support the launch of new features or services to existing clients, ensuring a seamless transition and continued satisfaction.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing Doctolib with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B field sales within the healthcare or technology sector.
- Proven ability in lead generation and pitching to decision-makers in a B2B environment.
- High level of energy, professional demeanor, and a results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent command of German (C1 level or higher) to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Residence in the Münster or Emsland region to support frequent travel and maintain a strong local presence.
- Valid Class B driver's license to facilitate mobility between client sites and office locations.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, to manage pipelines efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to professional standards in all interactions.
