• Collaborate with Revenue leaders and managers on people priorities like organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Offer clear, practical advice on complex employee matters, balancing employee experience, business needs, and risk.
• Build strong relationships within Revenue and the People Team, influencing through credibility and direct communication.
• Address concerns and challenge decisions that may pose risks or create inconsistencies.
• Maintain composure in difficult conversations, bringing structure and sound judgment to urgent or emotional situations.
• Lead core people processes for Revenue, including performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational changes.
• Utilize data and insights to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend actions to improve team effectiveness and retention.
• Partner with various cross-functional teams like Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment on Revenue priorities.
• Support global teams by helping leaders understand regional considerations and cultural norms.
• Contribute to People Team programs by sharing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, ideally within a technology company or a fast-paced global setting.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams such as Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge in areas like employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational design.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain sensitive information and tailor messages to different audiences.
• The ability to confidently and respectfully challenge leaders, identify risks, and offer alternative perspectives.
• Sound judgment to navigate complex, sensitive, and ambiguous situations with discretion and a practical understanding of business impact.
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams, with an understanding of cross-regional and cross-cultural partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify trends, tell a clear story, and recommend actions.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively across People Team functions and other internal partners.
