About the role
You will lead the end-to-end ownership of Workplace IT strategy and operations for DiliTrust across distributed regions. This role places you at the center of our digital ecosystem, responsible for driving standards and innovation in internal IT services. You will act as the definitive go-to leader for Workplace IT, shaping the evolution of tools and processes that impact our global workforce. Your work will directly enable our fast-paced growth by ensuring a reliable, secure, and user-first technological environment. You will mentor and elevate the capabilities of support teams while coordinating complex initiatives across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa. This position demands a high level of ownership, combining hands-on technical guidance with strategic vision for the workplace stack. Ultimately, you will define the architecture and culture of our internal IT service delivery as we scale globally.

What you'll do
Orchestrate and manage the global Workplace IT function, defining strategy, priorities, and operational excellence across all regions.
Serve as the primary owner and accountable leader for Workplace IT, ensuring consistent service delivery for approximately 360 users and devices worldwide.
Coordinate and mentor Level 1 support teams, whether internal or external, to elevate service quality and knowledge transfer.
Drive a user-first, high-performance IT culture by setting clear standards and fostering collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
Oversee end-user support and escalation management processes to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high satisfaction.
Own and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows at scale, ensuring seamless user experiences during lifecycle transitions.
Manage vendors and local partners internationally to maintain strong relationships and ensure service level adherence.
Lead the administration and evolution of the identity and access management landscape across the organization.
Architect and manage MDM and endpoint management solutions to ensure security and compliance across all devices.
Design and maintain robust SSO setups to streamline access and enhance security for critical applications.
Oversee the security stack, including antivirus, VPN, and firewall configurations, to protect corporate assets.
Champion the adoption and optimization of collaboration tools to unify communication and productivity across teams.
Take end-to-end ownership of IT asset lifecycle and governance, ensuring visibility, control, and cost efficiency.
Drive strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI-ready tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, and PowerShell.
Define architecture, documentation, and security standards while identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
Requirements
You ideally possess 5 or more years of experience in Workplace IT, Systems, or Network roles, with demonstrated leadership or ownership in complex environments.
You must be capable of leading without a large direct team, balancing hands-on technical work with strategic planning and execution.
You should exhibit strong decision-making skills and a high sense of personal accountability for outcomes and service quality.
You have a proven ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones effectively.
You must communicate excellently in English, aligning technical solutions with detailed business requirements and objectives.
Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is essential for daily collaboration with US-based team members and leading discussions in English.
You operate smoothly in a fully international environment where English is the primary language for all operations.
You are required to have French fluency to perform the responsibilities and integrate fully within the local Paris office.
You demonstrate a proactive mindset, consistently anticipating problems and implementing preventative measures rather than reacting late.
You are required to have Spanish or Italian language skills as a beneficial qualification for stakeholder interactions.
Nice to have
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
A background in AI and machine learning applications within LegalTech or regulated industries.
Knowledge of international employment laws and compliance related to cross-border IT operations.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or GDPR.
Practical notes
This role is based in Paris
La Défense and requires occasional travel within Europe and internationally as needed for project work or stakeholder alignment.
Candidates must be authorized to work in France without sponsorship, as visa sponsorship cannot be provided by the company for this position.
The engagement is full-time, and the standard working hours align with the local Paris time zone, requiring availability during core business hours for global collaboration.
