This position places you at the forefront of the Legal Tech revolution, acting as the primary commercial driver for your designated territory. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, transforming strategic account plans into tangible revenue growth and long-term client partnerships. Your daily work will involve building deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across targeted industries to ensure their digitization initiatives are successfully realized. You will be the main voice of Dilitrust, crafting and delivering compelling narratives that directly address complex business challenges. Furthermore, you will leverage a robust ecosystem of internal experts to provide holistic solutions that exceed client expectations. Ultimately, this role is defined by the ownership you take in driving both new business acquisition and the expansion within an existing client base. Success in this position means you are not just closing deals, but becoming a trusted advisor in the digital transformation of legal and governance functions for leading organizations worldwide.

What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan that outlines specific strategies for penetrating and growing your assigned verticals, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Energy.
Identify and build a robust pipeline of high-value prospects by leveraging proactive research, networking, and targeted outreach within your designated industries and geographies.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both existing clients and new prospects, positioning Dilitrust as the indispensable partner in their governance and legal operations.
Craft and communicate a powerful value proposition that clearly articulates how the Dilitrust platform solves critical business problems and supports large-scale digitization initiatives.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery and needs analysis through to proposal development, negotiation, and final contract signing.
Collaborate seamlessly with Business Development Representatives, Alliances, Pre-Sales, Account Managers, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive and compelling customer journey.
Utilize CRM software proficiently to maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, track deal progress, and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Act as a key representative for Dilitrust at major industry events, such as Legal Week in New York, to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs within your assigned territory.
Provide structured feedback on market dynamics and competitor activity to inform product development and overall corporate strategy.
Coordinate internal resources effectively to ensure timely and accurate responses to complex client inquiries and requirements.
Champion Dilitrust's vision by articulating the benefits of AI-assisted contract lifecycle management and other integrated legal solutions to drive client adoption.
Ensure all client interactions reflect the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and entrepreneurial spirit that define the Dilitrust brand.
Continuously seek opportunities to expand your territory by identifying new segments and upselling additional product features to existing clients.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Law, Business Administration, or a related technical field that provides a solid foundation for understanding enterprise software.
You bring a minimum of 4 years of proven track record in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role within the enterprise software sector, demonstrating consistent success.
You have direct experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, with a clear understanding of the subscription-based sales model and the challenges it entails.
Your professional history shows you are a consistent over-achiever of quota and revenue goals, exceeding expectations in a fast-paced sales environment.
You are proficient in using CRM software to meticulously manage sales activities, forecast accurately, and maintain detailed records of every sales interaction.
You are a fluent speaker of Arabic and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base across the Middle East and globally.
Fluency in French is considered a significant advantage for engaging with broader international client portfolios and internal stakeholders.
You demonstrate the ability to independently build and manage a complex territory plan, aligning sophisticated product solutions with specific and often complex customer needs.
You have experience collaborating with executive stakeholders across large, multifaceted organizations, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
