You will be responsible for basic account management, ensuring that client expectations are clearly understood and met through consistent follow-up. What you'll do
- Accurately enter and update data into our database and management systems to maintain current account information.

Requirements
You must possess a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate to be considered for this position. Successful candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide documentation at the time of hire if required. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, team members, and vendors on a daily basis. You must be comfortable using computers and common office software to perform routine tasks and manage data in a professional environment. The role requires the ability to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organization. You must be willing to work a hybrid schedule that includes time in the Olathe, Kansas office in accordance with company guidelines. Reliable transportation is necessary to fulfill onsite responsibilities when required at customer locations or company facilities. Candidates must pass a background check and meet any additional company standards for employment in a client-facing role.
