About the role
You will own the end to end scheduling of client consultations for our travel advisory team, ensuring that every appointment is precisely aligned with advisor availability and client preferences. You will act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, reaching out through diverse channels to introduce our bespoke travel services and build initial rapport. This role requires you to manage calendar systems with meticulous attention to detail, translating client requirements into concrete appointment times without conflict. You will maintain ongoing engagement with interested leads, answering preliminary questions and guiding them smoothly toward the next steps in their planning journey. You will safeguard the integrity of our customer relationship management platform by keeping records accurate, up to date, and thoroughly documented for every interaction. Your work will directly support the growth of our advisory team by optimizing their schedules and maximizing their booked consultation time. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to refine outreach scripts and scheduling workflows based on performance insights. What you'll do
Initiate proactive outreach to potential clients using phone, email, and messaging platforms to present our travel offerings.
Schedule consultations for travel advisors by managing shared calendars and identifying optimal time slots.

Update and refine booking workflows based on feedback and observed patterns in client behavior.
Support the travel advisory team by preparing schedules, reminders, and pre-consultation information packets.
Monitor key performance indicators related to outreach response rates and appointment conversion.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of clients interested in new travel opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve scheduling issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
Leverage organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.

Requirements
